Ductulator ("the App") is operated by Vladimir Lukashov ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: your duct calculations never leave your device, and the only thing we receive is a record of your subscription.
The App keeps three small settings in its own storage, readable by nothing but the App itself: how many calculations you have finished, whether it has already shown you the rating prompt, and whether you have seen the intro screen. Deleting the App deletes them. They are never transmitted.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, and we never see your payment details.
To check whether a subscription is active, the App uses RevenueCat, a subscription service acting as our processor. When you start a trial, subscribe, renew or cancel, RevenueCat receives:
This is the data category Apple's App Store listing labels Purchases. We use it for two things: confirming that a subscription entitles you to the paid features, and reading aggregate subscription numbers such as how many trials convert. It is not linked to your identity, and it is not used for tracking.
See RevenueCat's privacy policy for how they handle it. If you want the record associated with your installation deleted, email us at the address below and say which App you mean; without an account there is nothing else we need from you to find it.
The App is rated 4+ but it is a professional tool and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included: the only data described above is a subscription record tied to a random identifier, never to a person.
